This is how we make our LAVURI® candles:

We recommend a fragrance content of 5 to max. 10% for candles and wax melts. However, our soy wax can contain a maximum of 8% for candles and 12% for wax melts. We ensure that our mainly hand-made containers, in addition to the glass and metal containers, are clean and at room temperature. To do this, we preheat your candle containers to 35 °C if necessary to ensure surface adhesion.

LAVURI® soy wax is a 100% natural, renewable raw material and does not release any toxic substances into the air. The lifespan is therefore up to 3 times longer than conventional, often toxic and sooty paraffin candles from the supermarket or furniture store, often recognizable by the low price segment of the mass-produced goods.

Due to its high content of vitamins such as A, B6, B12, C and K, calcium, iron, magnesium and potassium, LAVURI® soy wax is also increasingly valued as an ingredient in natural cosmetics.

LAVURI® Coconut & Rapeseed Wax is a specially formulated vegan wax on 100% natural base especially for scented vessel & gourmet candles as well wax- melts

The benefits of the rapeseed & coconut mixture

This mixture of rapeseed wax and coconut oil is formulated exclusively in Europe and is based on refined vegetable triglycerides. This wax is completely free of paraffin, soy, palm, beeswax and synthetic additives.

We melt this wax up to a maximum of 70°C, add candle scent around 65°C and pour these scented mixture around 60°C .

The dosage of perfumed oils / specially candle scents varies between 8 and 10% depending on the choice of your fragrance, of whished final product, if it`s for candle or wax melts.

LAVURI® Gel wax is a translucent wax with the consistency of jelly. It is created using a combination of mineral oil and polymer resin, this gives the wax a slow melt rate and a long burn time. The finished candle and/or wax melt will have a longer burn time, making the wax good value for money, even though it is more expensive than paraffin waxes. Due to the clarity of the wax, it is common to find gel candles with embeds inside, such as sliced dried fruits, small glass ornaments, glitter or anything that won't melt at a temperature lower than the wax.

LAVURI® Gel wax is a premixed gel that is easy to use. Simply heat, add Candle Color dye and our Fragrance Oil and pour! Gel doesn't shrink so there is no need to re-pour! Gel burns twice as long as other waxes and can accommodate suspended decorative objects, wax chunks, etc.

One of our most asked questions: How do I get bubbles in gel? Bubbles are one of the great unique properties of gel. You will get more bubbles by pouring at temperatures of 210 degrees or lower and fewer bubbles by pouring at temperatures above 230 degrees. Embeds in your candles can create bubbles around the gel as well. Sand in the bottom of containers can create a lot of little bubbles. Any time gel is stirred or moved between containers, pour pots, etc.., it tends to trap bubbles as well.
