We do not offer any products that fall under the Accessibility Strengthening Act and therefore do not require an accessibility statement. 

However, micro-enterprises that place affected products on the market, which are not currently part of our product range, fall under the BFSG (Federal Law on the Protection of Consumers).

In the event of above-average growth of our company, the statutory transitional periods will apply to us, provided they pertain to our product segment.

However, there are transitional provisions for some products and services, according to which the accessibility requirements only need to be met at a later date. These can be found in Section 38 of the BFSG. For example, there is a five-year transitional period for certain services and a 15-year transitional period for self-service terminals.
