LAVURI® GYPSUM / Calcium Sulfate / LimeStone ( Material Classe : GYP )
is a white, odorless solid that is sparingly soluble in water and decomposes at temperatures of around 1450 °C, producing calcium oxide and sulfur trioxide. The water of crystallization of the dihydrate is split off at 125–130 °C, and that of the hemihydrate at temperatures greater than 163 °C. Chemically speaking, this is calcium sulfate (CaSO4), which can be present in various hydration stages with water of crystallization (H2O) bound in the structure. The naturally occurring gypsum rock is calcium sulfate dihydrate (CaSO4·2H2O), i.e. it contains two water molecules per molecule of calcium sulfate.
Calcium sulfate dihydrate and calcium sulfate anhydrite are minerals that are harmless to humans and the environment, can be extracted economically and enable safe gypsum applications - even in the production of food. Calcium sulfate can be used as food additive E 516.
LAVURI® GYPSUM / Calcium Sulfate / LimeStone is an odorless casting compound that hardens in the air and looks like porcelain. It consists of calcium sulfate and is food-neutral.
LAVURI® SEALER is the ideal solution for anyone looking for an effective and long-lasting seal for objects made of plaster, concrete, limestone and natural stone. With its waterproof formula, easy application and high yield, it offers reliable protection against moisture and water. GYPSUM is weatherproof but not a base material for water retention containers, not suitable for acids, chemicals and/or alkalis or permanent water levels.

LAVURI® StoneWare / Stewalin / ceramic ( Material Classe : STC )
is a synthetic, plastic-refined casting compound that is very suitable for making figures. The ceramic Stewalin is similar in hardness to ceramic and natural stoneware, which is characterized by special features:
- excellent relief molding accuracy
- fast and even hardening without additives such as firing
- extremely hard, non-chalking surface
- high degree of whiteness / brilliant white color
- brilliant porcelain effect
- naturally odorless and non-toxic
- suitable for outdoor use (hydrophobic)
This makes this material a high-quality figure casting compound with high molding accuracy and break resistance, fast hardening (30 minutes) and effortless demolding. The hardened sculptures have a smooth surface and are weatherproof.
The LAVURI® ceramic Stewalin StoneWare casting compound is a popular medium in arts and crafts, particularly suitable for detailed casting molds. It is a particularly fine, white powder that is characterized by its high strength and resistance to breakage after processing. The LAVURI® ceramic Stewalin StoneWare casting compound is available in different grain sizes and packaging sizes, so the product can be flexibly adapted to individual needs. Within the products, they differ primarily in their grain size; smaller grain sizes are ideal for fine details, while larger ones are better suited for coarse structures.
A universal feature of all LAVURI® ceramic Stewalin StoneWare casting compounds is the high-quality level, which guarantees a long shelf life and stable results. In processing, LAVURI® ceramic Stewalin StoneWare proves to be advantageously light and yet robust, which makes the casting compound an indispensable aid for creative projects. LAVURI® focuses 99% on the finest grain of the ceramic Stewalin StoneWare casting compound in order to achieve a ceramic, smooth, shiny surface, such as white marbling. The finest grain has the highest breaking strength of the LAVURI® ceramic Stewalin StoneWare casting compound.
It is suitable for schools and kindergartens as well as for adults and professional buyers. LAVURI® ceramic Stewalin StoneWare casting compound is a casting compound that has it all. A unique, high-quality synthetic, plastic-refined product.

LAVURI® StoneWare / Stewalin-Beton Granulat / ceramic ( Material Classe : STB )
That`s a individual mix of LAVURI® ceramic Stewalin StoneWare with Beton Granulat / Stone Ganulate ware for light gray beton lock, JUST used in massiv trays, bowls and vases because beton stoneware granulate weakens the ceramic hardness and it`s from our point of view not recommended for filigree home decor

LAVURI® ARGA UHPC (Material Class: UHC)
Ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC) is a concrete with a special composition in which the pores are more compacted, so that the concrete is stronger and has a higher load-bearing capacity for the same thickness.
The biggest advantage for decorative applications is that UHPC concrete can be used to produce slimmer concrete elements (kitchen countertops, worktops, decoration, etc.) than with conventional concrete.
LAVURI® ARGA high-tech concrete or UHPC - what does that mean?
For our products, we use specially developed variations of the so-called Ultra High Performance Concrete (UHPC) or in German Ultra High Performance Concrete (UHFB). This is a classification for high-performance concretes that are normally used in delicate architecture and for machine components.
What distinguishes our LAVURI® ARGA concrete from normal concrete?
Our specially developed concrete mixtures contain the best ingredients, such as marble sand, high-quality Portland cement (52.5R) or more sustainable crete from volcanic soil such as Stromboli. Through our years of testing and trials, we have developed types of concrete that are not only particularly light and comfortable to wear, but also extremely stable. The compressive strength of our mixtures is between 100-150 N/mm² (which is up to 12 times more stable than normal concrete), depending on the color and design requirements. This means that LAVURI® ARGA UHC concrete is as hard as steel after it has completely hardened and can usually only be processed with diamond grinding and separating wheels. These types of concrete cannot be compared to hardware store concrete in terms of quality or price. The concrete is much more complex to process and requires special forced mixers. We have spent a long time developing this craft, learning and developing various techniques and tinkering with the recipes for a long time. Does the appearance of LAVURI® ARGA concrete change over time?
Yes. Concrete is - like wood or leather - a natural and, above all, open-pored material. Depending on the type of seal, water, fats, oils or coloring liquids penetrate the material and can leave traces. This can lead to stains that form a patina typical of concrete or fade over time.
How do you make the LAVURI® ARGA concrete have a dark or light gray to reflective surface?
We only use natural soils from different sediment layers in our mixtures, which can vary in their natural grain size and density, but we attach great importance to naturalness and purity in order to make our concrete appear in its various natural colors.
