White casting compound: LAVURI® Stewalin Ceramic Powder is a casting powder that impresses with its high quality and ease of use. It mixes easily without lumps. Good flow properties allow for easy and clean filling of molds. The white powder has a whitening power that ensures vibrant colors when painted. It can be painted with watercolors immediately after demolding, and after drying, with any craft paint. It can be drilled, sanded, etc. These excellent processing properties apply to both LAVURI® Ceramic Stewalin Powder Casting Compound (white) and LAVURI® Alabaster Powder. The processing and hardening times are comparable, with Gymsum taking approximately 10-20% longer.

LAVURI® Ceramic Stewalin Powder is characterized by the following special features:

- Excellent molding accuracy
- Fast and even setting
- Extremely hard, non-chalking surface

Application:

1. Mix 1 part water and 4 parts LAVURI® Ceramic Stewalin Powder.

2. Slowly sprinkle the powder into the water, then stir.

3. Half-fill the mold and distribute the mixture in the mold with a brush – air bubbles will escape.

4. Then fill the mold completely and insert the pouring hanger. Processing time: 10 minutes.

5. After approximately 30 minutes, the casting can be removed.

6. Deburr the edges of the casting with a knife.

Caution:

Suitable only for children over 5 years of age. Use only under adult supervision!

Do not inhale or swallow the LAVURI® Ceramic Stewalin powder.

During hardening, the material can reach temperatures exceeding 50°C (122°F), therefore do not apply it to skin.

Do not pour down the sink – risk of blockage!
